Scope of services

Our service covers document preparation, payment intake, authorization capture, and internal filing workflow orchestration for supported states only.

Tax responsibility

You remain fully responsible for all federal and state tax obligations, annual reports, and compliance clearances required before dissolution.

Refund policy

Service fees are non-refundable when a state rejects a filing because of unpaid taxes, compliance defects, or inaccurate customer-provided information.

Electronic signatures

By using this service, you agree that electronic signatures and electronic delivery of documents are valid and enforceable for the workflow we manage on your behalf.
