We collect only the information required to create dissolution orders, generate authorization documents, and coordinate filing operations.

What we collect

We collect contact details, company information, and legal acknowledgements submitted through the intake and checkout flow.

Payment data

Card data is not stored on our servers. Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout, and we retain only non-sensitive payment references for reconciliation.

How data is used

Data is used exclusively to prepare forms, collect signatures, coordinate filing, and satisfy operational record-keeping obligations.

Deletion requests

You may request anonymization of personal data. Operational order records may be retained in a non-personal form for audit and accounting purposes.
